Can you get your money back on Discovera Launch?
Purchases cannot be refunded once paid, except when we remove a listing you've funded.

The general rule
Once you've paid for a listing on Discovera Launch, that payment is final. The terms are clear on this point, and it does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
When we do refund
There is one circumstance where money flows back to you. If our team rejects your listing or takes it down after it has gone live, you receive a complete refund to your original payment method. We also issue a credit note to log the transaction.
If you paid with cryptocurrency, we will ask you to provide a payout address so we can return your funds there.
Disputes and chargebacks
Should a payment be disputed or reversed, any listing purchased with that order is taken offline immediately whilst the dispute is being investigated. If the dispute resolves in our favour, we can restore the listing. If it resolves against us, the listing remains down.
Before disputing a charge, do get in touch—we may be able to help you sort things out more swiftly.
