Tap our API or MCP to explore and manage launches
Connect via REST API or AI assistant with MCP to search launches and manage your listings on Discovera Launch.

Accessing the trails
We've spotted two pathways for developers and AI assistants to navigate Discovera Launch: a REST API at /api/v1, and a remote MCP server at /mcp. Both let you search launches and read listings. The API also supports drafting and managing your own listings with permission—a rare find for integrated management.
Full documentation and an OpenAPI 3.1 description are logged at /developers and /api/v1/openapi.json respectively.
Authentication and your keys
You can sign in via OAuth (your AI assistant will open our sign-in page) or by generating a personal API key from /account/developers. Keep those keys safe: they're shown only once, and we store only their hashed form.
What lies ahead on your journey
- Rate limits and daily quotas apply to all requests.
- Payments always occur on this site itself; the API returns a checkout link when needed.
- Voting remains off the beaten track for API users—that's community territory.
Explore /developers to chart your course and understand each boundary. Your assistant will handle the authentication handshake automatically when you connect it to the MCP server.
Questions people ask
- Can I vote or manage community rankings through the API?
- Voting stays within the Discovera Launch interface itself. The API doesn't support voting, keeping community discovery uncharted by automated tools.
- How do I set up my AI assistant to work with Discovera Launch?
- Point it to our MCP server at /mcp. It'll open a sign-in page (OAuth) on your first connection. Once authenticated, it can search launches, read listings, and help draft your own.
- Will I be charged for using the API?
- Rate limits and quotas apply. When payment is due, the API returns a checkout link to complete the transaction on this site.
