Logged in our consultants and advisors field notes: The Support Queen, the one-person consultancy of Nia Lock, a business consultant and developer working remotely from Madrid. Her territory is everything customers touch, including SEO, Google Ads, custom website design and development, and support ticket systems. The range runs further than most. Nia also covers AI support integrations, knowledge bases and self-serve, crisis and dispute management, and custom apps, platforms and automation. Clients choose how to work: take the advice and act on it themselves, or have the work done for them. What makes it a rare find is the developer background, so recommendations get built. The focus is on structural fixes rather than tone-only advice. Nia works with online and physical businesses worldwide.

Questions from the trail

What is the scope of your services?

Everything that touches the customer: SEO, Google Ads, website design and development, bespoke apps, support systems, AI integrations, knowledge bases and crisis management.

Is your role limited to giving advice, or do you also build?

Both. Nia is able to create the dashboards, workflows, help centres and integrations that she suggests.

Is AI-powered customer support something you handle?

Yes. AI live chat and AI ticketing deal with routine queries, and pass tricky or sensitive matters on to a person.

What can I expect from an initial consultation?

It is a discussion about the points where support is struggling and what a good outcome looks like, so you leave with practical ideas. The implementation work can be scoped together afterwards.

Which types of company do you take on?

Online and physical alike. That ranges from a small company overwhelmed by support, to a salon or gym wanting its own custom billing or customer-retention app, through to large, established names. My past work spans PBN.LTD (a major hosting company) and SEO for Vivastreet. I am based in Madrid and serve clients around the world, remotely.
