Scout your alerts
Head to /account/notifications to map out which notices reach you and how. For each kind of alert—whether a product you're watching moves, your founder listing changes, or community activity sparks—you'll pick your channel: Email, Telegram or Slack (using your own bot or webhook). Then choose your cadence: Instant notifications as they land, a Daily digest, a Weekly digest, or Off to stop them entirely.
Quiet hours on chat channels
If you're receiving alerts via Telegram or Slack, you can set optional quiet hours. Your messages will hold until your field work is done.
Notices you cannot switch off
A few critical notices stay on no matter what—these are safeguards we've logged as essential. You'll always receive: receipts and refunds, payment problems, disputes, notices that a listing is held pending your founder profile, changes to your listing status, missing badge alerts, and security notices (new device sign-in, email change). These keep your account on the map.
Leaving a notice behind
Every notice email carries a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to turn off that particular notice type without visiting /account/notifications.
